No Guarantee of Business Results
Haldwani Web Solutions designs and builds websites, web applications and related digital services. While we bring genuine care, experience and modern engineering practice to every project, we do not and cannot guarantee any specific business outcome — including sales, footfall, enquiries, conversion rate, search-engine ranking, or revenue. A website is a tool; how effectively it performs also depends on factors outside our control, such as your market, competition, pricing, service quality, and how consistently you promote and maintain the site after launch.
Search Engine & SEO Disclaimer
Where SEO (search engine optimisation) work is included or purchased separately, we apply established, honest, Google-guideline-compliant practices. However, search engines such as Google change their ranking algorithms constantly and are operated by third parties entirely outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific ranking position, traffic volume, or timeframe for results. Genuine SEO is a gradual, ongoing process, not an instant switch.
Third-Party Services & Dependencies
Websites we build commonly depend on third-party infrastructure and services — web hosting providers, domain registrars, SSL certificate authorities, payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay), SMS/WhatsApp/email delivery services, Google services (Maps, Analytics, Business Profile), CDNs, and third-party plugins, fonts or APIs. We are not liable for outages, price changes, policy changes, data loss, or discontinuation of service by any of these third parties. Where such a service becomes unavailable or changes its terms, remedial work to adapt your site is billed separately.
Content & Information Accuracy
Our own website and blog content (including pricing, guides and articles) is provided for general informational purposes and reflects our understanding at the time of writing. Pricing, service details and figures may change without prior notice — always confirm current pricing directly with us on WhatsApp before making a decision based on anything published here. Blog content should not be treated as professional legal, financial, medical or tax advice for your specific situation.
Client-Supplied Content
Where a client supplies text, images, logos, product information or other material for use on their website, we assume it is owned by the client or properly licensed for use. We are not responsible for verifying the legality, accuracy or ownership of client-supplied content, and the client remains solely responsible for it.
No Warranty Beyond What Is Stated
Except where expressly stated in our Terms of Service (including the 15-day bug-fix warranty on our own original work), all services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
